Terms & ConditionsPayment Terms:
Due 20th of Month following for Approved Account Holders.
Cash Sales in Auckland, Cash or cheque on delivery.
Cash Sales outside Auckland, cash or cheque to to received before delivery of goods.
Condition of Sale:
Ownership in such goods is retained by the company until payment is made for the goods and for all other goods supplied by the company to the customer. If such goods are sold by the customer prior to payment therefore and if they shall become constituents of other goods then the proceeds of sale therefore shall be the property of the company.
Such conditions are designed to protect this company in the event of bankruptcy or default of Payment.
